Lindsay Ellis, Certified Health Coach
Welcome to Life is Happiness Health and Wellness. My name is Lindsay and I am a Certified Health Coach, Marketing Director, Lifestyle Blogger, Wife and Mom. Growing up, I was always getting sick. In fact, by the time I was in college, I had twelve surgeries for various things. I have been on many medications and dealt with many side effects. In addition to physical ailments, I also dealt with anxiety.
In high school, my Mom decided to take me to a naturopathic Doctor, who changed my life. All the sudden, I went from a person who was on and off medications all the time, didn't ever really feel good, had low energy all the time and did not really pay attention to what I was eating, to someone who learned that what you put in your body really has an impact. The Naturopath helped me change my diet, concentrate on good foods and natural supplements. What I learned, was that good wholesome food and regular exercise help you both physically and mentally. My immune system, weight, stress levels, energy and anxiety all improved.
I have always wanted to help people the way I was helped. So, as an adult, I decided to start a lifestyle blog and got two health coaching certifications from the Dr. Sear's Wellness Institute. It is my passion to help people age healthfully and live longer, happier lives. I hope that I can help you and your family meet their health and wellness goals, by making it simple, affordable and not time-consuming.
